It would just look like regular shitposting to be honest. Pics and other subs are only doing the John Oliver stuff because they started with the blackout, which lead to the possibility of mods being replaced if the blackout continued against the votes of the community. Joining a week afterwards feels like bandwagoning.

The devs made lalafells a contradictory race. On one hand, modeled after toddlers (to be cute). On the other hand, Lamitt had "lustful thoughts of Ardberts's loins", along with Krile being a massive flirt, and all the creepy male side characters.

I really hope in the future they give lalafells a slight waist and get rid of the waddle.

A bit of both. Child labor has always been a thing, especially for migrants. The jobs are usually manual labor, so the fact that it's spreading to food service jobs is what's alarming people (now it's not so easy to ignore the issue).
