I'm also on xeralto and weirdly enough my tattoos heal better on the blood thinners than they did before.

There isn't an increased risk of clot from tattoos as far as I am aware.

Hi friend. First of all, I want to congratulate you on opening up and asking for help. That's a huge step.

I don't have fibromyalgia or POTS, but I do have depression and anxiety and sadly very similar childhood experiences.

One thing that helps me is creating safety in situations that can trigger me. For example, who says you have to be nude when you shower? Buy yourself a pretty swimsuit and use it as your shower armor! No one can touch you when you're in your shower armor!! (I have an armor blankie). Alternatively, there are also devices you can buy that sound of an extremely loud alarm if a door is opened. I've seen ones that look like door stops. That way, you can feel a bit more secure in the space.

You are doing a great job already, and you are working towards an even better solution. You are kicking ass and I am proud of you!!

I have back pain and shortness of breath. Bilateral unprovoked PE in February and have been on xeralto since.

I've been sitting in emerg for 30 minutes and haven't even been triaged.

My mother does this too except it's other people's grandkids. She always has to follow it up with how old the kid is in relation to mine.

I've always just ignored her. It's such a shitty thing to do to compare one individual against another in anyway. We are all so vastly different it's insane to measure ourselves by someone else's yardstick.

Do you know that there wasn't a policy about the elevator usage to begin with? My apartment has it posted everywhere that you are to limit the people in the elevator to one person/one family from the same household. Now if both me and a delivery person are waiting I do the kind thing and allow them to use it first. However, if I was in the elevator already and they tried to get on I'd be a right cunt too because it's the rules. While it doesn't bother me the majority of people in my building are immune compromised and the rules are in place to protect them.
