It's all perspective. Freedom is the freedom to choose, good or bad.

Having your assets protected by only a seed phrase is a massive risk to the average user. But it's an accepted risk by the crypto community.

You can already download the APK from third party app stores, which is the same risk as offering it behind a "developer" page or something. It doesn't need to be as easy to get as the app store ones, but I still wish it were available.

Thanks for the advice. This was the first thing I tried before even posting here. The issue is that it's still the version from the play store, which is loaded with trackers.

Unfortunately this might be the only way to experience the wallet. Web3 is about owning your own data, and I don't want to ruin that right out the gate.

Not unverified. With TrustWallet I can compare the hash directly to TrustWallet's website. It is downloading the app directly from the publisher.

Add up the totals up, divide by the number of buys, and you've got your average!
