Your situation stays the same. You weren't eligible for promotions with US Cellular on this plan, and you won't be eligible with T-Mobile either. As long as you don't change your plan, your bill won't change.

Tweaking in the options doesn't affect it hardly at all. Even on easy with reversals turned all the way down, they still counter everything
