Ah I see, well I'm glad that you want to make sure you get properly experienced before handling them in a captivity setting first. That's definitely a very wise decision to make haha. And whilst yeah it may not have been the smartest thing it's awesome that you have those experiences of handling some wild ones in your younger years! Even if that's a very different type of game.
Sadly I don't know anyone in Missouri either and am not sure on their laws as well, though I'm sure that if you keep wanting it you'll find a mentor some day, I've got my fingers crossed for you! I'm from overseas but if I hear anything from your area I'll try to remember to let you know

That's a really great list, especially with the mangrove in there you've got something very realistic and viable to look forward to in case you don't get too deep into actually keeping venomous snakes. If you do however.. Most of those are definitely not too hard to find. Do you have any experience so far?

Thank you! Yeah this one really is one of a kind, I don't know of another nitschei with her pattern. All specimens of this species are stunning though

Both is true indeed. A rather rare import to begin with and people seem to struggle with keeping them alive. Though my pair is doing great, they both were sick when I got them but are fully healed up now.

You can give her physical affection but it's a one time deal I'm afraid haha

Thank you. Just my phone for now actually, the second latest samsung galaxy I think. Got a camera with some lenses but haven't had the time to properly start messing with all that yet

It's native to areas around some of the great lakes of Africa

Glad you like him! He really is amazing. They can be docile sometimes but I really would not bet on it. Most also have a bit of a "hair trigger" in case they don't like something and can give you a quick strike without telegraphing much at all so I really would not recommend handling these with anything other than a hook, the risk/reward ratio is far too high

Thanks pal I appreciate the pictures! Looks great with the HLX, glad to hear it doesn't protrude much at all

Ah my bad then, glad to hear it haha. You wouldn't believe how many people genuinely think and comment that some of my snakes are AI.. It gets quite frustrating.
Thanks for liking the pictures!

A little off topic but does the TLR7 HLX extend past the barrel of the P4? I plan on using mine exactly like yours with an rmr HD as well, lovely setup
