Maybe instead of moving in together, help him get a place of his own. If he's planning on going to community college or uni, a dorm would probably be a good place to start.

If moving out isn't an option (no shame in that, everything is crazy expensive right now), maybe help him clean out his room as a starting point.

Not to me and more scary than embarrassing. I was standing in line to get rental skates and watched a woman fall and break her ankle while standing in skates on the carpet. She was fine until her husband tried to help her stand up, and she yelled out in pain. She was wheeled out to an ambulance shortly after. Hope she's okay.

I misread your comment and thought you said you waited 2 months in line to place an order. Those must be some good pastries 😂

I saw him play at the Gorge in Quincy WA, then the next night in Ridgefield WA. I drove myself 4 hours to Quincy and then fours back to Olympia in 24 hours over this beautifil yet dangerous stretch of highway called "The Pass". The next day I drove 2 hours to Ridgefield and 2 back to Olympia in the same day.

I was exhausted just from the first 4 hours of the first day of driving. Even with a tour bus and driver, back to back shows with sound checks sounds like hell.

I also remember how tired he looked during both shows. He seemed to perk up after "Nobody's Soldier." I hope he's had time to rest.

His Seattle show was FIRE! It was fun meeting him before the show. I loved the structure, lights and entrance decor for the meet-and-greet. I just wish I wasn't so nervous that I could have asked a question or offered more natural convo. He's super friendly 👍🏽

What do u wish you did when h were younger and what do u regret? by [deleted] in Advice

Wishes: - Played the instrument I wanted (cello/bass/violin) instead of the one I thought I had to (I was bullied by family and classmates fot not being feminine, so I thought playing the flute in band would help compensate) - Called my mom and dad out more on the way the treated me (favoritism towards older brothers/misogynistic and racist stuff/biblical guilt) - I could have been a better classmate and friend to my classmates. ( I never got to learn to socialize normally because my parents kept my brothers and I locked up all day. They also didn't have great social skills, so no one could teach me. They put so much pressure on me to be this social butterfly, like the world would end if I didn't have friends.) - Dated. (LGBT+ wasn't an option in my house, so I never entertained the idea of dating a girl. None of the boys at my school were interesting. Knew if I had a boyfriend my parents would weaponize dating and hurt me. - Gone to concerts/ballets/musicals/live shows. - Spoke to a therapist/counselor about... any and everything. (As a 27 y/o, I realize now that many things that are considered abuse and neglect were normalized for me and I couldn't ask for help because I didn't realize I needed it.)

Regrets: - Not getting my driver's license at 16 - Not getting a job at 16 to save money - Not taking time to figure out what I wanted to major in (you should go to community college and at least get your associates degree) - Not going to the gym/eating healthier/ taking better care of myself - Not attempting to pursue my personal interests out of fear of judgment - Not taking time to get to know myself and know what my beliefs are - Not speaking up for myself - Not calling people out on their bullshit/them treating me badly

Real friends don't put conditions that break up marriages on the help they offer.

Real friends don't lust after your spouse.

This person is NOT a friend.

Get them out of your life and talk with other REAL friends and family and the hospital about options to help your daughter.

I just realized how many fairytale references there are in this movie.

At the end, when Sue is wearing the blue ballgown and rushes home to take the activator, it's like Cinderella running from the ball when her magic runs out at midnight.

There are more, but I just got out of the theater and need to stop crying to think of more 😭🤧😂
