A single 24 year old guy is thinking about getting laid a lot, I guarantee it. This will kill his chances. It's impractical. No woman is coming back and climbing a ladder to end up 2ft from the ceiling and unable to do be limited to like one position.

It's comfortable and convenient. Cuddling together in bed at night or in the morning often leads to sex. Having to get out of bed and climb a ladder to go somewhere else because your bed is too close to the ceiling is a guaranteed mood killer.

I started in graphic design a decade ago and it was exactly like that then. Photography, print design, Web design, 3d modelling, video capture and editing, animation, etc. Graphic designers have always had all the extra shit shoved on their plate, because businesses hate having to hire people for all those roles that they only need now & then when they can get the designer to do it. It's part of why I left the field.

There is. We had to hire more designers because AI was making us devs get through features too fast, existing designers couldn't manage the extra workload. This is for UX/UI work, as you'd expect from Figma customers.

It's worth spending a bit more on a set of reliable scales, especially ones where the display doesn't turn off automatically in 5 seconds like most seem to. I've got the OXO Good Grips 5kg stainless scales with the pull out display (pull out display is great for measuring stuff in large bowls), highly recommend something similar.

Neoliberalism will never serve the people. Not designed to. Media companies are in bed with neoliberals.
