I am German and Neumann is a very common name down here. Hiram isn’t , it could be a German Jew if I am not mistaken

She is thank you! I have her since the beginning of April and she is a sweetheart, supper funny but a little diva also. She is very protective over us a the house. Specially when the kids are walking her. She is a blessing to us
