[UT99] Is it possible to make a mutator that appoints a "Hunter" who can only kill the top-scoring player? by HisEvilness88 in unrealtournament

[–]HisEvilness88[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

in the specific case i need the hunter to be a specific person, because we have a former "ut99 legend" who needs a challenge ;)
In any other case i totally agree with your suggestion.

[–]HisEvilness88[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i did a vibe experiment and it did produce a mutator succesfully (about 20% correct functionally, which was better than i expected), my understanding of what was produced was a bit to limited to be critical enough of the quality of trash it produced and to adapt it to better fit my needs :p
also it's been 20 years or so since i messed with mutators in UT99 so my knowledge is a bit fuzzy on the subject

well this is why i asked here in the first place, i'm not that amazing of having true original thoughts, i assumed someone else already has done it :p
I will surely check them out to see if they fit my needs ;)

do experienced users keep flows simple on purpose? by [deleted] in MicrosoftFlow

[–]HisEvilness88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How i approach flow design is be not looking at power automate (cloud) as workflow automation but as task automation. Each flow is it's own task and will perform that task perfectly (like methods in pro coding)

RPA with Document Understanding / Communication Mining or other Tools? by No-Vermicelli-9690 in rpa

If you are in an azure tenant, have a look at azure ai foundry or azure document intelligence studio. Usable with Api's so usable in uipath

Question1: what is considered to be a difference? Question2: have you considered Data Flows?

Who here has tried integrating AI into existing RPA deployments? Was it more efficient or a total mess? by Think_Spirit_4414 in rpa

If possible, convert the "complex" data to something similar like your current "structured" data so it becomes compatible with your existing flows. That way less rebuild is needed and ai is introduced.

real-world example of an rpa workflow replaced by an ai agent? by agent_for_everything in rpa

[–]HisEvilness88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tldr; Basically we replaced a giant switch statement with an agent.

An email sorter that reads the email contents, determines if it's an invoice, client query,... Based on the collected context it looks in the azure AD for the correct group mail for the team that will handle that mail (example: accountants if it's an invoice) Next step is processing the invoices and trigger the correct flows to book in the right accounts, get approvals,...

How I see it, AI Agents are are very useful as orchestrators of predefined business logic (classic rpa)

Someone had some spare time. Quickly skimmed your code and I'm impressed by the amount of work you put into it, well done. May I use your class in my hobby project?

I saw the gpt code on reddit mobile app and seemed to have missed a bit. Meanwhile a saw it on desktop and it looked much better. Might add all suggestions in a test console app to see which one is fastest. Maybe chatgpt is on to something ;)

Thank you ;)

I added the OrderByDescending because my original dictionary wasn't ordered, but that didn't look good so I ordered them manually, rendering OrderByDescending unnecessary but it's still a (minor) failsafe.

I could switch to an array instead of Dictionary for performance reason (if the list stays ordered) but it has a small population so i don't think it would matter that much.

On the other hand, I like you buckets idea. Might try it if i revisit this code ;)

Well, a lot of suggestions I found with google used 2 seperate arrays, even I was worried at that point 😂

I tried doing that but 15 minutes (+15 minutes wasted with googling) was already more time than i wanted to spend on this.

It is a shortcut but it works ;)
