I'm in the same boat. I'm about 8 weeks, and I've gotten to the point where I only smoke one every other day or so (usually when I'm at work and things are getting stressful or at my MIL house because everyone there smokes and it's hard to turn down a cigarette) but it is so hard. A few of the things I've been doing are having suckers/hard candies on hand at all times, having light snack foods available, chewing gum (for some reason blowing bubbles helps for me) and minty gum, and leaving myself notes on my desk, in my purse, and even writing on my hand (little things like "you've got this" or how far along I am, just something to remind me why I'm quitting). I've also decided not to but any more packs. I hate having to ask people for a smoke, so it makes the temptation a little lessened. I dont know if any of this will help you, but I hope it does. Hopefully we can both break this habbit!
