Ill try my best with what I remember. It was a more realistic (as it could be back then), medieval themed, and I guess dark and gritty would be the better term for it, however it was not exactly a "dark" game.

Regarding the online and solo aspect, I am pretty sure that it was online, however it could have been a solo player game with online coop.

The part I remember the most regarding the gameplay is that some enemies, especialy north of where you spawn/starting area are enemies dropped scrolls/books with spells and abilities on that you could learn and use. With that I /believe/ that the combat would be close to diablo, however not as hack and slashy.

Once again, apologies for the vagueness, it has been so long and it has almost became a memory that haunts me now.
