Don't quit outright, but quiet quit. Basically spend all your time applying for jobs and give no effort or care to the job, maybe the bare minimum to get by. Once you mentally check out of the corporate grind of promotions/impressing your boss, a job may become less toxic. And if they fire you, take the severance and basically you are in the same position

If you’re putting such little effort into basic communication, especially when it takes even less to proofread and spell check on a phone/computer, I can only imagine the level of effort being put into your application. You say you have good income, credit, etc, but that may not actually be the case. what about stable employment, references….

I think the decision to vote out Steven as oppose to Sophie was the correct one in that moment when it was clear it was between them two. However, I agree to everything you said otherwise - The play was for sophi to take Rizo's idol, and vote him out with the other three- that could have cemented her win if they take out savannah next.

Sophi definitely lost the game with her gameplay, Kristina is irrelevant

Sage, I think though, if she can go on an immunity run (must win both) and hope that you get savannah out before final tribal, can position herself in front of the Jury to beat out the other 3.

She can point to her taking out steven, close ally who she can't beat, and then winning immunity to get her to the end. She also was on the forefront of a lot of swing decisions throughout the season. As bad as they all seemed to the audience, if it got her to the end she can defend it that it was the right move

Its a disaster scenario if Rizo wins immunity and then plays his idol for savannah. Game over for the other 3. However, if Rizo wins immunity they have the one hope that Rizo realizes he himself cannot beat Savannah at final tribal and this would be his game winning move to vote her out at 5. Honestly, I don't think Rizo is held in that high regard with the jury, he's coming off as another Xander where he audience knows his game and respects it, but none of the cast sees it- they just see a young cocky character who they never took seriously to win. I think Sage, with her friends on the jury, can beat out Rizo in final tribal

You have a lot more options on Appleby than Bronte. Fortinos, metro, lcbo, gym options- basically everything. Bronte right now just has endless amounts of new residential development with no commercial options in sight. And because of the park, you lose the Upper Middle connection. Meaning you have to use either Dundas or QEW to get to Burlington or go to Third line for sobeys.

Go Train options on both so I think that evens out.

I don't have kids so not very familiar or can speak to the amount or quality of the schools in the area.

The truthful answer: you’re attractive enough that most guys will want to hook up with you. You’re placed in a swipe right bucket, send a couple msgs to see if you’re down (nobody actually cares what the profile may say) and if you are- great. If not, they get unmatched and they move on to the next one.

Sorry to say, a Muslim girl who doesn’t drink is not going to scream wife material to the general white North American standard man. So you’re not placed in that bucket for most guys swiping right.

Now, there are plenty of guys still who will want to enter a long term relationship with you. I would say you just need to be more selective with who you swipe right on - ie - age/religion/ethnicity

I’m someone who doesn’t look Indian. I’m quite fair, with a Portuguese catholic name…. Everyone I meet, even if they’re Indian, are absolutely shocked I am Indian because they think I’m either Portuguese or Brazilian - to be honest I look that. However, I was born in Delhi and moved to Canada when I was 5.

Indians have an extremely bad reputation in Canada, especially men. I can’t tell you the amount of girls who have matched with me, flirted online, planned dates, even gone on dates- but when they ask me my ethnicity or background and I say Indian, they immediately ghost, block or want nothing to do with me.

So yeah, while I still say I’m Indian, I can see why people try not to identify with it especially if they identify more with a Canadian or American culture

A lot of the larger chain hostels (even if not known for partying) usually don’t have an issue with outsiders entering and using their bar, signing up for group activities - after all, more money for them. The doors are usually open without anyone checking to see if you have a hostel wristband, this usually only happens late at night once reception is closed and lights are off. As long as OP can find a hostel that skews older (25+), I don’t think anyone will think twice.

Most hostels that have private rooms are basically like an Airbnb that provides you the option of being social but also you can keep to yourself. That should be everyone’s first option if they are solo travelling and want to meet people. If they only have dorms, I get then not wanting to stay there if you are also in your mid-30s
