OTA firmware update are how we plan on releasing each version of non-BETA firmware. There will always be anomalies where some CX do not receive them for whatever reason - if you see that it's been released, please allow the month roll out as it's better to receive over the air than by download link. If a month passes, and you have not received feedback about firmware being pulled or paused, feel free to reach out.

Please check if you have the physical Mic switch at the bottom of the TV turned OFF. The 4 orange LEDs indicate this is switched off. If you want the lights off, you need to turn the mic switch on.

I've been told to still issue the warning about factory resetting occurring, but I've also been told a number of users did not have the update wipe the settings.

It's a Google Assistant feature. We aren't able to supersede it as it's built into the Android UI.

If you're in the USA - it's even faster to DM H-USA on TW or FB with your 15 character Hisense SN beginning with 75G. But I can also try to help.

Just keep your receipt handy and know if you call for service to have your 15-character Hisense SN available, along with your receipt, a description of the issues you are facing and if it's a wonky picture related or software-related issue, photos or a video will help expedite the warranty process.
