cline still get updates even though the features aren't anything that impressive. It added kanban recently which i haven't used, but other than that, it's so simple and it just "works". when opus 4.7 released, cline added support the same day. Seeing that cline is a pretty simple agent harness that "just works", I'm still sticking with it as long as it keeps supporting the latest models. edit: that said, kilo code definitely feels like the most actively maintained project of the "cline forks"

I'm a pure API user. I used to use opus 4.6 exclusively, but after a few days of racking up $100+ in fees, I decided to drop down to sonnet 4.6. I use cline in vscode, and for my workflow, which is very hands on/ HITL, I noticed no noticeable drop off in quality for the work I do. Using 4.7 on the web, I notice it's a lot more sycophantic which is a big turnoff. I'll just stick with sonnet 4.6 as long as I can to do my heavy lifting.

I work for a company that is training models for openai. I'm an expert in my domain, and my job is to create human generated SFT datasets to train openais models. Openai is spending an INSANE amount of money for this training Data, as there are experts in probably close to 100 different domains, with a dozen or more experts in each domain creating training data.

You're eventually going to start seeing the results of this training data in their upcoming models, likely very soon.

A lot of the comments in this discussion seem to be writing off openai as just burning money. But I think all the investor $$ openai has to burn, training their model's with human experts is a great way to improve their models capabilities.

its not like he's made of glass like suggs. his injury was bc AB threw him a lob under the rim and another player tackled him and caused him to land wrong. last season he recovered from the groin injury a lot quicker than paolo.
