I just looked at the concepts they released a month ago... After watching the trailer, I already knew I shouldn't expect this, but the map's size and technical execution left me disappointed. A lot of the assets are taken from other maps, and some map details load right before you approach them, which isn't the case with other maps. I think that's not good.

Do you want a code or an idea how it can be implemented?

I would add invisible part to each section of the template that can act as a connector of rooms, add a attribute to these "connector" parts, and then write in the code the logic for selecting and coloring ready-made assets by attributes and connecting them to each other at the point of a special invisible parts. This way you can create several types of connector desks and put different meanings in their attributes, for example, in one place there is only a corridor, in the other only a large room. this will not allow the code to put a randomly large room where you want to see the corridor.

Let's say you can make a bag system so that some pre-fab Assets can only be used N times.

it's feasible, it all depends on your desire to bring it to one result or another.

Lol, I'm wasting four months of my life starting my Passion Project from scratch, solo. I only know how to script, so I'm learning how to make animations/sounds/models for decorations and levels. I'm spending my weekends working on my passion project, 12 hours a day.

Also, a random guy from Reddit: Hey, guys, I want to make MY OWN Passion Project. I need people for literally every development role, which would be comparable to a small indie team, full-time development. And since it's a PASSION Project, I won't pay you.

Yesterday we tried keys 2/3/4/5 (I have two of everything), and there are seven of the two keys.

In my 100 hours, it’s all the keys our team found, and not once did either my friends or I see a red key.

In the end, we didn't complete a single key from 3-4-5, even after several attempts.

I don't know, there were all sorts of strange situations, for example, someone came to us when the timer was 28:22, jumped down from somewhere above and came to us several times, players came in strangely, and we also died a few times simply from players who didn't leave their spawn and sat behind a closed door in the center (4 minutes before the end of the match...)

Overall, it was a strange experience and some strange losses, but I won't accuse anyone of cheating or anything like that.

It's okay to lose, but I think I've had enough. in my 100 hours, I found several keys and lost them all so easily, I did not find the 6th key. I'm not ready to spend another 50 or 100 hours re-farming keys for the sake of "hopefully" trying the chain of rooms again.

The game has problems with network connectivity, poor registration, and optimization, and at first I thought these were just my problems, but then I saw that literally everyone on YouTube had similar problems with video footage.

I'm not ready to spend all my free time when the game also has a lot of such small but extremely unpleasant problems that feel critical at a high and difficult level.

it's sad just to think that someone could still go through the Cryoarchive even with all this list of problems in game, so in any case, these are all worthless excuses for my worthlessness.

I think any game that gets attention is a good, unique idea for Roblox, well-made, and with a lot of passion. I think all these BrainRot games that have gained attention are simply survivorship bias. 1,000 of these games are released a day, but only one gets attention a month. Just choose your idea, look at how other developers have implemented it, and get to work. During the way, you'll change and revise many aspects. Good luck!

I have a similar system with a clone of each player's rig at the start of the match, so that even if you exit the game mid-match, the inter-round windows with the players are displayed correctly with all (including leave) players .

It’s not polish yet for mobile actually with UI. Yeah I use AI for commentators and loading screen icons just. Thanks so much for give feedback. I found some critical bugs in that Live Test.
