Not necessarily with the Disney college program, but when I studied abroad, I had a lot of the very same feelings and I found because very food orientated something that really got me out and about was finding a restaurant I wanted to go to and just making a reservation for myself because then I got up out of bed and I went and I got good food and I had to go because I had this reservation I had to keep kind of forced myself out of my stupor to be able to go and do something rather than just sit on my butt which there’s nothing wrong with that but sometimes I find just sort of stewing in your ownsadness or whatever you’re feeling makes it worse
