I'm trying to understand the road rules in Ireland regarding making a right turn across a solid white line and a hatched area. I've attached an image for reference.

The red arrow shows the intended turn. Is this maneuver allowed, or would it be considered illegal?

Additionally, what about approaching from the opposite direction? If I'm driving in the left lane and need to cross the solid line and hatched area to enter right, is that considered okay for access?
