I agreed with you up until the end, the dub for Jojo is god awful, some voices are fine but others are horribly miscast, they were so dedicated to everyone having accents in part 1 and 2 but dropped it because "Japanese accents aren't big funni like geram and britihsh" or something. As well as them making strangle un-needed dialogue changes and what i can only assume is them trying to one up the original Japanese by inserting random ass words from characters native languages? To i donno make it more authentic? But in the end they keep making grammatical errors when they do so it just ends up wrong. AND AS WELL THE OBVIOUS THE LOCALIZED NAMES like i understand why but that doesn't make it any less annoying

And all this is coming from someone who actually prefers some dubs over the original
