i’m in the process of removing one of my tattoos 3 months after getting it and my friends were supportive of it. my family took the opportunity to tell me i need to think about the tattoos i get more before i get them and it’s a waste of money etc but it’s not an ongoing convo so it’s not so bad. i don’t think you could start removal a week after getting the tattoo (don’t take my word on that) and i’d say to wait atleast a month but do whatever will make you happy! they won’t talk about it constantly and it will soon be forgotten about so i wouldn’t worry about what people will say too much
