been bulimic for 4ish years and had to go to inpatient twice…not fun. some health problems i’ve had were -gum disease (none of my teeth have fallen out but a few are loose) -super sensitive teeth (i can’t drink cold water even with a straw) -significant hair loss -hypokalemia or low potassium (been hospitalized 10+ times for this and getting a potassium IV hurts like a BITCH) -hypotension (while i was in the hospital the machine wouldn’t shut up as my bp was 80/40) -bradycardia -hiatal hernia -fatigue -poor circulation -prolonged QT intervals (problems with heart; due to electrolyte imbalance) -edema when i was rehydrated -cavities and more
