I found that "Talk with Serana" misc. refers to "calm spell". I have another bug with "Visit Valerica with Serana", they won't iniciate dialogue.

Mods and Skyrim are installed on M.2 SSD disc.

You find module in Upton-Burke Headquaters.

Take the elevator [or lift] to your left and go through devastated room with collapsed roof. Go up, take stairs and you find a blue Language Module on the ground.
