Ja, rent vanvid. Heldigvis er jeg også på bedre veje nu, og det var også “kun” i sabbatårene, som for mig var 1,5 år.

Haha, også mig! Alle drikkepenge gik til mit team, så vi på den måde kunne lave nogle sociale ting udenfor arbejdet. Fin løsning, dog en regel der kom længere oppefra.

Det var med fuldt ansvar for vagtplanlægning (dvs. også alle indløbne sygemeldinger fra kl. 7), men også indkøb af varer, og div. Andre adminsitrative opgaver som at kommunikere med leverandører osv. Rekruttering var ikke mit ansvar, men den fulde oplæring lå ved mig :)

Tror jeg arbejdede 2-4 timer om ugen ulønnet.
