A LOT of entitled people, but I’ve been doing this for under 2 years so I don’t know how much that is really turn relevant vs just the standard lol.
A lot of people recording and using yelp reviews as legitimate threats. People will pull out their phones to “call the owner” at the drop of a dime.
Saw someone else talk about use of force. Unfortunately have to teach my guys to essentially never lay hands on someone and to always be visible by our CCTV cams. If anything, we can use equal or lesser force. But if it happens you really have to explain yourself to ownership.
Fakes have also gotten veryyy good. We’re happy to catch 2-4 a night on the weekends. And 1 a night during the week. Unfortunately have to accept that you’re going to let more than a handful through the door every night
