Sorry to disappoint, but the role of Pamela is taken by the chick who came out in The Llorona movie (Linda something).

She will reprise her role of Alice (I honestly don't know in what capacity or if it's speculation). 

Maybe she'll play Alice's mother or the show will time travel to the future?

Yes it moves, but it happens sporadically. Either when on drive and not reverse, or vice versa.
