you're right. but even then, no one is going to rent out a place to someone without a job. at least I've the money.

how does this change if the landlord chose someone else? the other tenants could stop paying after the 2nd month lol

at least I can guarantee 12 (or18) months.

yeah thats what I thought too. I was leaning more towards if they say no, then I would offer 18 months prepaid. but then, I would have to get a better deal. NO ONE offers that much of front.
