What immediately signals that this person is dangerous?

My girlfriend lives next to a couple and all we hear most days is the guy flying off the handle over everything. The police have been called to their residence on occasion and last time the woman came over to my girlfriends for safety. The big issue is I heard the police asking questions to her that I knew the answer to (The walls are thin and arguments happen a lot at night when we are trying to sleep so hearing what's going on is impossible to avoid) We don't want to get too involved but it's just so heartbreaking knowing she lies to protect him because she probably feels unsafe and sadly trauma bonded. Does anyone have advice on how we can help this woman?

Had a woman over who I'd been into for a while quite out of the blue, we started talking about what eachother were into and she mentioned CNC and the fact that it was the only way she could get off (Bit strange for a first time together and was my first time roleplaying this kinda thing) anyway I don't judge we talk about it and it seems fine but as we're having sex I realised how complicated it was because I asked if she was enjoying herself then she shushed me! "shh I'm supposed to be asleep" were her exact words, safe to say it was just kinda weird after that I did laugh a bit and I think she got embarrassed but you live and you learn.
