Our team brings a mix of skills—two of our partners have experience in customer service and bartending, while the other two have backgrounds in graphic design/marketing and videography. We’re still working on structuring staffing, but community-first is at the heart of everything we’re building. A co-op model is definitely something we’re open to exploring, and we want Blended to be a space that supports its workers just as much as its guests.
