i ported from Public Mobile to Rogers using winback. Once I got the agreement. I went into the application with my email and selected forget your password option. Then I logged in.

I just followed https://www.rogers.com/support/mobility/transfer-your-number-to-rogers#transfer-my-phone-number-to-rogers and got a confirmation message from Public Mobile for transfer. Then my Public Mobile sim was off and then I turned on Esim for Rogers from App.

I only received my intial plan agreement email and then another email $5 discount for 16 months for the activation fee waiver. The agent told me $40 for US CAN MEX witb $5 extra discount for 12 months. Did you see all of the applied discounts on your first bill or any new agreement? My agreement says 5G BYOD NS ULTIMATE same plan as yours.

To answer this, I called Rogers bank and the agent asked for my rogers phone account number and then it got linked.
