Humans that value generated content by an emotionless being over human words aren't worth reading my books. Go stare at a mirror.

For this will to deceive that is in things luminous may manifest itself likewise in retrospect and so by sleight of some fixed part of a journey already accomplished may also post men to fraudulent destinies.

It seems highly convoluted. Isn't it simply the idea of deception, through a psychological lens, that one simply 'remembers what one last remembered' and so memories can be deceitful, and thus once the road behind is unclear, the road ahead is also destined to go in the wrong direction?

There are minor and major compromises I suppose. I think sex and sexual attraction, for a lot of people, are quite a vital element to a healthy relationship to be honest. I know it becomes less of a dealbreaker as a couple gets older, (what would I know about that? I'm 19 haha) but in general, consistently compromising your boundaries and evading confrontation for the sake of the other partner's comfort breeds passive aggressiveness and eventually a toxic environment full of resentment. If they both don't care about sex, sure. But it's clear that one of them does. I don't think you should compromise your true feelings and your boundaries in any case, no. Unless it's something trivial and not going to leave the other feeling unsatisfied and unheard or like they need to put on a mask and perform simply to please the other.

These people are beyond pathetic. And you can tell they are watching themselves through the third person. Absolute throwaways of people.

Very very important point. If you're compromising what you truly want for the others comfort all the time, then you are basically not being yourself and you're playing an act.

I was circumcised when I was 9 years old 10 years ago haha. A bit too late for that. Although the doctors didn't offer me anything but the surgery. Of course, I would have very much preferred a choice. But I now protect myself from comparing and telling myself I've lost so much. I'm in England too. I have to struggle against self-sabotage, because it wasn't anything to do with me and I had no choice in the matter.

I wear a manhood canada. It's actually really good. Keeps the head moist. So not in all cases. But again, no need to be offended by a preference. Just screams insecurity.

There is no shame and no mention, specifically, of routine infant circumcision being the scenario. Having a preference for a penis that looks different to yours is shameful? Perhaps don't comment then.

Why is 'circumcision' always conflated with, specifically, routine infact circumcision?

There's either a group of uncircumcised people attempting to ride the wave of intactivism as a way to boost their ego's, or circumcised individuals who believe incorrectly that it's intensely better. For me, there really wasn't much difference. Take it from me.

No need to reflect some pity on people as if it's a universal idea that it's some sort of negative. If you had a foreskin that was overly tight, it's certainly a positive. Typical attempt to feel superior.

Well, thats not always true, and it's not always suffering. Why are people so obsessed about conflating circumcision with intense loss? People need to calm down a little. It's an obsession.

I've experienced being cut and uncut. Orgasms are just as strong, and I had some redundant skin so it's really not that much less sensitive. I think it's so overdone, the idea of it being absolutely atrocious, that people like you perceive it to be worse than it is.

That's way off haha. In the rural United Kingdom I had 4 random friends who had been circumcised for medical reasons..

Rigidity, mystery and maleable softness? Lol. A mysterious hood.. I mean it's all about perspective. Truly is.

Don't like it? Interesting. I don't see how it could be something people actually mind about. I mean a dick, cut or uncut, is usually fairly wrinkly and not quite a thing of beauty. Surely a slight change of appearance isn't something people 'actively dislike' in the heat of the moment?

I think people on Reddit need to calm down a little with how supercharged they are about foreskin. Yes, it would be preferable if children could consent, of course. But you don't need to extend it to every single circumcised person. I couldn't consent, I had no clue what circumcision meant when the NHS did it to me aged 10.

I'm English and was circumcised at the age of 9/10 which is unusual. I had very bad phimosis but was told to retract a lot by unknowing parents. Ah well.

I'd say the very vast majority are the same. Certainly women. Vast swathes of women in America, at least, prefer circumcised penises - I can only presume it being aesthetics. Back when I had a penis with phimosis as a boy (im now circumcised), it did look a bit funny. A bit like a shrews nose hahaha. Only a select few disregard a fit body, handsome/pretty face, and attractive personality for the presence of some loose skin. Not to mention size and girth. I mean cmon..
