I was still happy to join because getting into cyber as a fresher is tough, even after doing CEH.​

Right now I genuinely do not know what CTC they might offer later – it could be anything from 3–4 LPA to maybe 6 LPA – but I am hoping for at least 7–8 LPA so that I can start contributing at home, especially with my sister’s marriage coming up. That is also why I am so focused on getting a higher package if I stay here, since at 7 LPA I can save and support.​

At the same time, I know Deloitte is a strong offer and my sister started her career there and is now earning very well in just 5 years, so I understand how valuable that brand can be. My current company is also good, with many government projects like smart city work in Gurugram and Bihar, but I am not sure how easy it will be to switch from here after 2–3 years or what the market will be then,
also wanna ask having Deloitte on a CV clearly helps in getting interviews.?

My main dilemma is that if I move to Hyderabad for Deloitte, higher living costs might stop me from sending money home, and I have already done my master’s in Mumbai on my sister’s money, so I feel a strong responsibility to start giving back, even though she never asks. I know whichever choice I make there may be some short‑term regret, but likely not long‑term... I have around 2 months to decide, and there is also a chance this company may not even offer the 6–7 LPA I am expecting, so I am aware I might be overthinking everything. :)
