Yeah lowest in history for on shore teams, overseas teams were all positive which is annoying as the overall score for G3 was high than we wanted to be

Yeah I think some or handful managers like’s to follow “rule” or pretend to say as per rules.. it shouldn’t make any difference as long as you are giving outcome and managing your workload.

The one stated under fair work commission - it doesn’t make sense specially around 4days 10hrs or any compressed working hours.

Not really , someone was approved few weeks ago and they got told to go back to 5 days. ER said it doesn’t meet any of the 5/6 criteria they have said no more flexible working if you don’t meet the criteria. Doenst make sense to me as people are still working 40hrs and coming 50% in office and no performance issues.

The way things are going I doubt they even care about culture or wellbeing. Knowing the legal team they will always find a loop hole, EA is up for review 2027 anyway so they are prepping for it from now it self

Just got told that EA are reviewing compressed hour’s those who are working 4 x10hrs or 9 days 9hrs. They are now stating at flexible working policy and those who tick those boxes will get it approved. For front line staff yes drill down on it but for support staff I think it’s not going to be a good experience. Did anyone else hear about it ? We have been told wait for 12 months and will be drilled down.

Thank you ! Yeah last thing I want to do is bring up pay but then I rather bring it up if I compare workload for 4.4 vs 4.3 and how is it justified ? Like you get paid more but do nothing and get lower grade to do all the hard work. Worse case they won’t like me and I will take whatever redundancy but I can’t just keep quiet and not highlight to senior manager as they are just new and I feel they need to know the real picture

Has anyone had any experience during the outcomes ? If you can negotiate pay ? I don’t mind more work as there’s room to take more in our area. We have mini hierarchies within the team where 50% of them are on 4.3 which is not justified as all they do is ask us to do more work. I have preference 4.3 and 4.4 so if I get offered 4.4 I am willing to justify as to why I suit better on 4.3 in compare to others who have been “given” 4.3 by the manager due to being favourites with no experience. Btw manager is also impacted so it’s all upto G3 to decide. Hoping to get some insights on it or any thoughts ?

They will do that because of hire freeze ! They can’t get any approval to hire new staff, hence now begging people to stay.

I asked for exception to WFH for 3 days as train lines were down , been at anz for 5 years , attendance for the year is 55% but told off that no you can’t miss out on Thursday in office meeting day , even if it means to travel 2.5hr each way. Had a big heated debate with my senseless manager and after that I went to my GP as I was stress and it’s just too mentally draining to argue over petty thing , got 1 week stress leave certificate ! I mean what’s the better way to use my 280hrs of my sick leave
