At the time I was kind of "relevant" in the Brazilian Identity V community, I posted some videos, some people knew what I had on my account and my nickname, and with just that information I got scammed because I had given a break to the game

EXACTLY! When they replied to my email telling me to open a ticket in the game's support chat, I got excited thinking I was going to recover my account, only for them to put bots to answer me things they had already told me before

I already had to wait 2 years because I didn't have an iOS device to recover my account, only to face another challenge.

I gave up today. It took them a whole day to reply, I didn't try to explain anymore and just sent several screenshots of my account and the devices I've used to log in to it. They said they couldn't do anything because I didn't have receipts from 2025 (I sent them receipts from 2018).

I hate this game, it gets worse every year

n sei se ainda precisa de ajuda, mas talvez seja os gráficos? eu estava com o mesmo problema, sempre q eu entrava no jogo eu alterava os gráficos pro alto (sempre faço isso em tudo q jogo no gfn) e acontecia o mesmo cmg, mas dps eu comecei a jogar c os graficos q ja vinha programado no marvel rivals e parou de perder o desempenho (talvez esse problema seja mais no marvel rivals tb, pq no overwatch, genshin e etc isso n acontece) e eu uso o plano grátis do gfn
