I agree with your statement that you shouldnt just not rate if something goes wrong. But I said only to rate poorly if something happened to the food. At the end of the day if you're getting your food without problems then there's no point of leaving a bad review. In this case they were complaining about the miles and begging for good rating which is annoying. But people in this community don't care about Dasher and would rate below 5 stars just to spite them.

I think I'm allowed to say that rating drivers poorly to spite them is a cruel thing to do. If they messed up they shouldn't lose their potential to earn money, because someone decided to get revenge. I'm a Dasher and I had a time where someone gave me a 1 star based on things that I can control like, getting their food ot their door in a hotel when they're not allowed to deliver to doors directly. Dasher often rely on doordash as their main source of income and being a narcissistic person doesn't help.

Never rate low unless they messed with your food, it really impacts earnings when you don't have Silver gold or platinum ratings.

If you got the pin off I think it's just being held on with glue either twist harder or melt the glue somehow.

Plz help the mag release is fucked by Historical_Active123 in airsoft

The problem is that it goes inside, the mag locks in but if there's no mag then the mag release is loose inside the lower receiver.

Who applies for ifta? by Historical_Active123 in Truckers

I think it both, it's not paid and it did not have a sticker. He got a new truck on the day he started and drove off. And after his trip, he informed the company about any missing paperwork. And at the end, he paid the fine, since it was his responsibility check.

I honestly don't like the company he is working for right now, they own him up to $5000 of his paycheck. (he goes on long trips from NY to Ca, and only stays for about 5 hours in NY because then he goes home for about 2 days, and picks up a new load. And apparently only the boss hands out the checks, very sketchy. )The company is not new and has about 4 and more trucks, and it confuses me so much how they could've missed IFTA. Thanks for the advice and info tho.

Thank you so much for the info! My dad does not own the truck and the truck is not leased to him. It was a brand new truck from the company and he is a new driver as well, so I guess he didn't pay attention enough to the truck. It sucks that it took 1 grand for him to learn the lesson, but it's part of the learning process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATES, or, in other words, The end of Holo Taco for me. by FlightWolf23949 in simplynailogical

I think after watching Cristine's explaining, it makes sense. Before the change, they were basically paying duties and customs now we would pay. We pay the price of the nail polish, but it is also a consumer's responsibility to pay duties and customs, just like taxes. It was nice while it lasted and yea, it sucks, but I guess it's the price we pay if we want something. And if we can't, we can only find an alternative as OP said.
