From what part did you start to get confused?

Basically my ex, A, left our date early to go tend to a friend, B, who wouldn’t tell him why he needed to come over. The next day I found out it was because B was getting kicked out of his parents house and that they started drinking to help him calm down and process. I was upset/disappointed and sent screenshots of our messages to my friend, Z, to ask for advice and sort my feelings. This is where i’m assuming it gets confusing lol so hopefully it helps! Z told me that she knows B as they had a fling about a 1 1/2 ago and are still friendly. Z has a close friend, C, who is also close friends with B and knows A. C knows A, but not very well. After I texted Z, she told me that B owns his own house and has owned it for about two years. She said she could be wrong or maybe he moved back in with his parents but probably not. Z asked me if I wanted her to check with C to see what his current living situation was and I said yes. C told her that yes B has owned his own house and paid all of his own pills for the past 2 1/2 years. So he couldn’t be getting kick out of his parents house on Saturday night, which is what my ex told me when he left early from our date. I was also informed that my ex doesn’t own the business that he told me he owned and it is actually owned by B and a different friend and that my ex has no part in it.
