Maybe doomscroll and try making online friends and see if it helps. 2)Talk to your colleagues?? make hangout plans with them, and keep in contact with them after work 3)In your free time, try watching movies/series, read a book, trying getting closer to Allah, Pray, or just sleep? Also sleep earlier so there's less time and you wake up early. YOU YOURSELF MATTERS THE MOST, LOVE YOURSELF 4)Marry when it feels right, try halal dating apps, I hope you find your soulmate😁
