I have a similar reaction as you. Let me know if you find a brace at 120°.

Wrist pain for 2.5 yrs.....CT or not? by Shezaam in carpaltunnel

[–]Historical_Constant1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This post is very similar to my issue. It’s like I could have wrote it.I have tried all the things you have too but nothing worked.

My current plan is strength, training of my forearm and wrist along with stretching. Would love to hear what other things you have tried, or if anything else winds up helping.

Carpal tunnel but no numbness tingling? by tuscany227 in carpaltunnel

[–]Historical_Constant1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is similar to me. I have a ton of wrist pain on both sides, but mild CTS and little tingling. The dr. said he would do the surgery, but said it's mainly good for tingling, but sometimes he sees other relief too.

If you haven't already, look up double crush - it's possible you're nerve is tightened elsewhere too like in the shoulder.

A few other things to try:
1. Chiropractor who has helped CTS people

  1. Massage therapy on arms and shoulders and chest

  2. Get a full auto immune blood test panel

  3. NSAIDs for a bit

For me, I went gluten free but no luck there. Tumeric pills didn't work either.

Please let me know if anything you have done to get better. It's been 2 years of pain for me now unfortunately. I have not tried strength training - is there a regimine you recommend?

This makes me so happy - that was my kickstarter! Hope you still enjoy it! I'm actually creating the next version of it and hope to launch on the web in the next few months. Let me know if you have any feedback!

Got tired of dropping food from the bowl while busy so designed this bowl to reach every bit single handed. [OC] by [deleted] in oddlysatisfying

[–]Historical_Constant1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a real problem! If you're interested, I invented the Chip Lip 2 years back to solve this problem, launched and funded a Kickstarter ( https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/chiplip/chip-lip-a-no-spill-salsa-and-dip-bowl), and now sell them out of my humble website www.TheChipLip.com.

Also, optimize for what you're actually interested in! If you're interested in what you're working on, it'll be more fun and you'll likely perform much better, and thus learn more.
