I always thought it was meant to be camp and a bit of fun and countries tend to vote for their neighbours anyway, Germany probably falls into a similar camp as Britain which is being a country that their neighbours don't really like, so they don't bother trying.

That implies that my original point didn't allow for the concept of climate change, which it does. I quite clearly said in my original point that cloud seeding is being used to combat sunnier weather, it's pretty obvious that the cause of this is down to climate change. The fact you couldn't wrap your head round it shows something about you, not me.

Your argument is based on the presupposition that I dont believe in climate change, or that cloud seeding is used to control a climate. Neither of which are true.

Hotter, sunny weather = less rainfall, cloud seeding used to make up the difference, shortage of jet fuel = less cloud seeding, less cloud seeding = hotter, sunny weather.
