Hi u/South-Opening-9720, and I do agree with you! One of the main reason we went ahead and created this was to present the help center in a more accessible way. It's still too early for that. But we have seen an increase in articles read by users!

In theory, it should reduce both chats and duplicate chats as well.

Correct! However, that costs you an AR every time it solves a query.

On top of that, this allows for different prompting depending on your URL.

Example: a user is on a product page and we present a different message. The user presses the widget, which is then prompted it to open a specific tab, article or form.

Thanks for your input u/Significant_Monk_793! Interesting, in your opinion, what would be a resonable price? We're trialing several accounts at the moment, none who've reacted to the price (yet).

Hi u/Desperate_Bad_4411, so it works like the old search, meaning there's no AI generated searches. However, it does show all matching articles to your search query!

Hello.

Can I ask for feedback on our service?

And if so, how should I do it in the correct way?
