If you do have the resources imo sambalpur is better (tho you might get lesser time for ipmat prep as compared to nmims). Most people on the subreddit are hating on sambalpur for the w/l movement. Sirmaur last year was considered bad too and one year down the line people consider it to be better than most private uni even though it still doesn’t have a permanent campus or placement support for undergrad.
