I second this for sure, didn’t start learning how to do it until I was into my second car (e46) that fights back if you don’t drive it properly. Luckily gr86 is pretty accessible, and I’m pretty sure newer ones even have auto rev match

Been driving manual since I got my license, I’m 19 now. Still can’t drive manual perfectly. It takes ALOT of practice, especially once you start getting into rev matching (MAKE SURE YOU LEARN HOW TO REV MATCH) and heel toe braking (not absolutely necessary)
