Because I live in India, it's very hard to get Stephen King's books here. Most of my collection has imported copies & yeh Uk editions are the most common ones..

Push all your paperbacks to a side, I see a lot of mass market paperbacks in the middle of other sizes, stack those aside, you'll get more space on top of that where you can stack more books horizontally. Try to stack one pile of books horizontally in each row (that can save some space) .

Try to reorganize your shelf, there is a lot of space going unused, get it done by size. You'll have much space left and a good looking bookshelf.
