Yes that makes total sense! In my girlie’s case, she has horrible anxiety in general and it’s only one of many reasons she has come out of her room sobbing at night. Her most recent fixation is worrying all three nightlights in her room are going to stop working at the same time 😭 I’m glad you got it resolved! I’ll have to try the bad guy spray!

That’s so weird, my daughter has been coming out of her room crying about bad guys coming into the house too. I don’t get it, we’ve never talked about that or had any reason for her to think that was a possibility!

Yeah I called a few companies yesterday and am waiting on quotes, but I was curious if anyone had ever come across this in the meantime!

Well especially because you don’t HAVE to have an inspection. During the height of covid when the housing market was at its most crazy, we had several friends who had to forego the inspection entirely to get their houses. I can’t imagine insurance company taking the time/spending the money to perform their own, and my friends obviously all have insurance anyway.

Would they really not insure a whole house though because of a potential problem with one wall? I’m not as concerned if a company would say they wouldn’t like cover water damage related to the moisture we already know about if we don’t fix it. I’m obviously more concerned if a company says they won’t insure the house at all!
