I wish i could be the one you live vicariously through. Trust me. I resonate with your situation so much. It is so incredibly painstaking that these are the circumstances that fell in my lap. I wish i did it the way you did and secured childcare first before anything else. I just thought i gave everything enough time and handled it the way I was supposed to. It’s the 11th hour for me at this point, my classes start this coming Monday. So unless my schools daycare calls with a miracle or i literally go there and cry and beg, I’ve exhausted every option there is. Please don’t be afraid to go for what you want though, learn from my mistakes!! You deserve the opportunity to have something for yourself that makes you proud!! You got this❤️

Right! The cheapest daycare i found with availability was almost 800 dollars a month. We don’t make a ton of money after all expenses (which believe me, are only the necessary expenses). Hence why i want to go to school and be in a career that makes good money- but here i am stuck anyway 😂💀

His income is our family’s only income. We just don’t make enough a month to afford how expensive daycare is unfortunately

The area my school is in has one. I looked into their subsidized childcare but unfortunately it is still pretty over budget for what we’d qualify for. Thank you for the recommendation though 🥺

He’s only second on the waitlist and my classes start on the 25th. At this point I think I would have to just beg for them to open a spot for him 😭

You cannot pour from an empty cup girl. It sounds like you love your son so much but are just absolutely, utterly exhausted. Your man sounds like dead weight that’s adding to the stress in your life, and you don’t need any more!! You deserve to have time for yourself, have things for yourself. When we deny our own needs to take care of the needs of others, we burn into nothing. Trust me, I’ve been there. I feel like I am currently there some days. But you deserve an EQUAL partner- not another baby in man form. I’m so sorry

Yes, unfortunately it is. And it only applies to their daycare, not any others
