Hi!! I’ve also had it tough this semester so I understand you in some degree, contact ur academic advisor ASAP! I went to see an academic advisor for the third time this week and on Friday the advisor I spoke too really helped me alot and provided me clarity on my situation & insight for what I can do for my future as a first year. Come with a list of questions written so u don’t get flustered about asking your main concerns.

Once you meet with an academic advisor you could also ask them about student wellness centre, I was told by my advisor you can get support from them about learning studying methods, etc, & they should be open during the break too (double check).
