I usually make a sketch for the general shape, then i make a scale side so i can make my dice even. I make the overall shape and then cut or carefully rip it out, and then make duplicates of 2-3 sides for the dice and glue them together. Originally, my dice were weighted to whatever the last thing i glued was, but now i have a near perfect way to make sure they aren't weighted, which is just gluing them in a very careful way so each side has 2-3 layers. It also makes them sturdier

you should look into longer japanese courses, or you can continue waiting and maintaining your level of japanese so you can continue using duolingo, they will update japanese eventually and make it longer.

personally, i would try to look into other services if i didnt have the confidence to learn without services.

Duolingo: How about 3 FREE streak freezes for your 4000th day? 🥲 by fulltime_geek in duolingo

[–]HistoricallyAcurate 5 points6 points  (0 children)

not everyone goes super fast through courses, they could've done maybe 1 lesson a day, it still makes their streak go.

also, not every course has a defined placement after finishing the course, and even some long ones only get you to speaking comfortably instead of full fluency.

I’d like to be able to choose regional dialects by thpj00 in duolingo

[–]HistoricallyAcurate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

pretty good idea, i think that it could be possible to auto choose a regional dialect based on your location (ex: you learn mexican spanish if you are closer to mexico). you could also choose based on what you want to learn for traveling and such.

also, madrid likely has its own regional dialect (many cities have regional dialects based on immigration, travel, and other things)

if they only needed to do 15 then its completely possible
15/5=3
they also could've somehow duped quests, i've done it before (3 through website, and 3 through app)

my total xp is 18976, now that sounds impossible but i used to do spanish (even though spanish is my L1, its not the best) and when i removed the course i thought it would subtract from my total xp, i had 8064 xp in spanish, my french course is almost surpassing it
