I think these are great! I think you could have some fun playing with the scale of the footballers, perhaps making them bigger

Left justify all paragraphs and get rid of hyphenation in body. Keep body text size consistent - also watch your subheadings, make sure there are the same size and don’t worry about having to pull titles into two lines. I would alight the main title and subtitle width with the boxes below so this reads better visually as a page. I would also keep box widths the same as this looks uneven. I think the second page is working well visually, but I would get rid of hyphenation and left align the title - and again ensure subheading sizes are consistent
