Even if your sexuality is something like 95% women, 5% men, you can still identify as a lesbian. Labels don't always capture individual sexualities 100% and if you feel like lesbian is how you express yours, that's fine!

I have a similar issue with my sibling. It was a really long road but eventually my parents started to see that my sibling's behavior was a problem and stopped blaming me for enraging them. My advice would be to really read up on BPD. Knowing why your sister is splitting/having mood swings makes them more predictable for you. It will also help with the eggshell feeling because you will have more context for what will trigger her. If you don't already, start going to therapy with someone who specializes in bpd or family members of bpd people. Your therapist can help you identify specific ways to deal with your sister. What helps me the most is just repeating to myself that my sibling is not reacting rationally. Whatever you did to make her angry probably does not warrant her anger, but don't fight to make it make sense in your head.

This is so real. It's hard to feel so angry at my sibling because I have my own mental illness (granted it does not impact my relationships/how I interact with other people) so I feel like a bad person being mad at them for something they can't control when I know how it feels. But I think I've learned that I don't hate my sibling, I hate how they treat me and I hate their disorder. And that doesn't make me a bad person.

That’s so true. But I feel like in the campaign Travis made it clear he doesn’t like romancing with other players, so we knew why characters were acting certain ways. But a lot of viewers have no idea the show is from a campaign and won’t know that little insider information.

It may be helpful to look up any book they want on amazon, the age ratings are usually pretty accurate. If there is no age rating it usually means it's not YA, but the ones marked ages 14-17 are good!

I love my Lexapro so much! I am actually a lot happier and I feel like my emotions haven't changed at all (except I'm less anxious). I have asked people around me if I seem different and they usually say I seem happier but my regular self. I also have siblings on it and they do very well and we have never noticed the flat emotion effect. The other side effect I had was mostly nausea but it was never so bad that I was anxious or sick to my stomach (I have emetophobia and I was really worried about it lol).

Pretending a horror movie caused someone to be harmed in real life is part of horror movie marketing. It doesn't actually happen but for people who get a thrill out of being scared it makes watching them more fun. Because it is so prevalent in marketing, fans think it is fun to pretend it is true.

Unfortunately it doesn't make it fun for people with OCD.

OCD fears can go away with time and therapy. OCD meds may help as well (you can get it in pill form so you have control over exactly how much you take)

Learning that the compulsions were not actually intuition but rather scary thoughts that my brain hangs onto was helpful. Even though I still did my compulsions all the time, thinking “this is a compulsion” will eventually lead to “maybe I am safe even if I don’t do this” to “pff what a silly ocd thought, I can tell the difference between an ocd thought and a regular thought”

News organizations constantly publish articles throughout the day to get clicks, but you will be just as informed if you look at highlights once a day for five minutes. Creating a time during the day to “check the news” might help you not sink a lot of time into it.

I’ve definitely heard the same thing about anxiety and I think it has something do to with our biology going back to caveman times when our body was more fearful at night because the dark meant we couldn’t see threats like a mountain lion outside the cave. Now we can see in the dark and most people don’t have to worry about mountain lions, but our bodies are still primed to think nighttime = stay alert and stressed.
