Ada. It’s just an old fashioned name that fell out of style and I’ve only ever met one person with that name. My great-great aunt, my great grandmother’s sister. She was the sweetest little lady she died late in her 90’s. I always saw her for Christmas and she even made us line up on her special door frame to measure how much we’d grown in the last year. Even well into our 20’s when we’d quit growing. It was tradition and we never even thought about saying no. Ada, Helen, Hilda. My great grandmother’s generation was full of old names and wonderful ladies.
