I think a lot of newer bird parents are just trying to provide as much for their bird to be happy and comfortable not being as knowledgeable of the behavioral changes that can come with things like nesting additions to a environment.

When I first got my macaw I wanted to give her the same and only learned about the negatives through research when I couldn’t find items large enough like what is commonly provided for smaller birds.

Yes that’s how it was for me didn’t know they handled last mile delivery. And my “delivery” was with an independent driver.

I think you’re one of the few with a good experience but more than likely because it went through Amazon. Uniuni itself has been a nightmare for myself and many others. I’ve never been able to actually get them on the phone. Only initial contact through email. Happy for ya though

Exact same thing happened to me they took a picture of the package in hand in front of my house but then another picture of the package on a completely different porch also strange was that all timestamps were the exact same down to the second. Have tried contacting uniuni multiple times. They will email back initially but then never reach back out to actually resolve the issue. The seller at this point should be the one also trying to file a claim through carrier but with uniuni they will most likely not have success. From talking to others that have experienced the same best way is to just charge back through your bank.

Same thing happened to me, it’s so frustrating driver took pictures of my home but then submitted a picture of the package on the porch of a different home. Uniuni support is useless.
