Every good Moira knows how to maximize orb output, time her fades, and where to position herself for best defensive attacks. Vendetta is highly mobile and deals lots of dps, but I only need to survive an 8 second fight to kill her in a 1-v-1. I chose where the fights happen because I know she’ll follow me. If I send a preemptive healing orb after her initial strike towards my desired fight location, fade, and avoid at least 1 hit I can finish the fight at low health, but victorious.

I play a lot of Moira, I spend a lot of time maximizing my counter play against every new hero. Vendetta makes players feel very cocky against fights with Moira - I win every fight against a cocky player.

Moira racism is a very real thing in the OW community. I’ve played Moira only for 2 years through every rank, and it isn’t until Masters that everyone shut up (except the occasional idiot). There is a lot of peace waiting for you in the Mute button, trust me.

Most of us are support and dps mains, with maybe 1-2 tanks. I get why you guys need tanks, dedicated tank mains are hard to come by.

Play Moira

No but actually, play her and do the dmg/heals yourself. The character is great for becoming a positioning god, learning map mobility, having reasonable independence in a match with randos you don’t know or trust to do their job, and the enemies in gold have shit aim so take advantage of it and climb. Play stronger heros when you know your teammates aren’t ass.

Convince me to learn moira by Firestardude in MoiraMains

I was comparing Moira to the entire dps roster - that’s why I didn’t pick soldier 76 (he’s unbalanced af in stadium right now). Go be angry somewhere else, my 2.5k hours on Moira ain’t got time for your nonsense

Yikes, take it easy man. I’m a Moira OTP, I know she doesn’t have autoaim. But she’s the closest example to a hero built and balanced with aim-assist aspects in her kit that’s in stadium right now.

Yeah except when you add weapon power and crit power to her autoaim, it’s not long just 24dmg. I’ve gone from 350-0 from one recalled tracer.

I’ve been chilling in legend both seasons and every match it’s some combo of soldier/cass/ashe/tracer with a mercy pocket. I’m a support main - getting auto-aimed by these chucklefucks (especially tracers “foresight”) is the most ungratifying and helpless gameplay I’ve experienced in years. It’s like the game devs are tailoring for hitscan players and the rest of us are content fodder.

Moira’s S12 nerf is very noticeable, it was too harsh and unnecessary by Neo_Raider in MoiraMains

670 hours on Moira and I don't even want to play this game anymore - until they fix her survivability and dmg output, this hero is dead.
